Glauco received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). With a lifetime of passion for games and over half a decade with programming and management experience, he is responsible for overseeing the work being done by multi-disciplinary development teams and acting as a mentor for lower-level programmers. Over the years, he earned project management and development certifications, like Microsoft Specialist: Programming in C# Specialist, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®.

Glauco graduated at the Center of Informatics (CIn) of the Federal University of Pernambuco. CIn is one of the best and largest academic centers of technology in Latin America, with over 30 years of existence. The national and international recognition is due to the department's high academic level, formed by over 50 PHDs.


Producer - Manifesto Games

2014 - Present

Responsible for overseeing the development of top-quality games from the ground up, in all of its stages: from negotiation and scope definition to planning and execution. Such role involves the coordination and supervision of production teams on a daily basis, making sure that all teammates have everything they need and that the projects are on schedule and budget.

Lead Programmer - Manifesto Games

2013 - 2014

Development of games for Outsourcing and Games for Brands. Coordination, supervision and assembly of programming teams. Technology and viability analysis for the company's projects.

Programmer - Manifesto Games

2011 - 2013

Development of casual games for desktop (Windows and OSX) and mobile (Android and iOS) platforms. Creation of design tools to aid the process of user experience adjustment.

Volunteer Translator - Valve Corporation

2006 - 2011

Glauco acted as a moderator on the Brazilian Portuguese group of Steam Translation Server, reviewing suggested translations by other members and evaluating new candidates. He was also responsible for translating texts from the digital game distribution platform Steam and games developed by Valve Corporation, like Half-Life, Left 4 Dead and Portal.
